Shearwater Teric Dive Computer - Bronze with Swift Transmitter

The Shearwater Teric Dive Computer - Bronze with Swift Transmitter combines Shearwater's full-featured recreational and technical dive computer with wireless air integration in a compact wrist-watch format. This package includes a Shearwater Swift Transmitter, allowing tank-pressure information to be displayed directly on the Teric's bright color screen.

The Teric features a brilliant 1.39-inch full-color AMOLED display with 400 x 400 resolution. Its vivid, high-contrast screen makes critical dive information easy to see underwater, while the sapphire crystal window and 316 stainless-steel bezel and buttons provide rugged protection for serious diving.

For divers who need additional wrist room, the Teric uses a 22 mm strap system with an extender included. Shearwater also provides a Remora webbing strap designed for use over a drysuit, providing additional flexibility for larger wrists or bulky exposure protection.

Wireless Air Integration

This package includes the Shearwater Swift wireless pressure transmitter, allowing the Teric to display real-time tank pressure directly on the computer.

When configured with the included Swift Transmitter, the Teric can also calculate Gas Time Remaining (GTR) for the assigned tank, putting important gas-management information on the same highly readable display as your other dive data.

With current firmware, the Teric supports up to four compatible transmitters, providing flexibility for more advanced diving configurations.

Shearwater Swift Transmitter included with this package.

The Teric supports recreational and technical diving including Air, Nitrox, 5-Gas Nitrox, OC Technical Trimix, Closed Circuit/Bailout, Gauge and Freediving modes. It uses the Bühlmann ZHL-16C decompression algorithm with configurable Gradient Factors.

A built-in 3-axis, tilt-compensated digital compass provides underwater navigation, while configurable audible and vibration alerts provide multiple ways to receive important notifications during a dive.

Bluetooth connectivity allows communication with Shearwater Cloud for dive-log downloads, firmware updates and dive-data management.

Why FGSS Likes It for Larger Divers

The Teric combines two qualities we specifically look for at Fat Guy Scuba Supply: excellent readability and flexible fit.

Its bright AMOLED display makes critical information easy to read, while the included strap extender and Remora drysuit webbing strap provide additional flexibility for larger wrists and thicker exposure protection.

The included Swift Transmitter adds another advantage by bringing tank pressure and Gas Time Remaining directly onto the Teric's display.

FGSS Owner's Note

The Teric isn't just a computer we sell — it's the dive computer I personally use.

I appreciate its bright, easy-to-read display, intuitive controls and the amount of information it gives me without making the screen difficult to understand. The flexible strap options are another important advantage, especially for divers who need more room than a conventional watch-style strap provides.

When we're recommending equipment based on real-world usability rather than simply what's printed on a specification sheet, the Teric is a computer I can recommend from personal experience.
