You wrestle it closed on the boat, it digs into your wrist, or it just won't reach once you pull on a 7mm wetsuit or a drysuit with undergarments. An extra long tail strap gives you the added length to secure your computer where it belongs, instead of improvising with bungee cord or zip ties.

Strap length is a fit issue

The strap length you need changes with what you're wearing. Your bare wrist in the shop, a 3mm sleeve in warm water and a drysuit cuff in cold water all call for different lengths. If you dive more than one setup, extra length means one strap can handle all of them. It also helps if you like wearing your computer higher on your forearm, where you need more strap to go around.

Specifications

Brand: Shearwater

Category: Scuba Gear / Computer Accessories

Manufacturer part number(s): 15314

UPC(s): 628242092791

Before ordering

This strap is designed for Shearwater's Remora mount.
