OMS Integrated 3 in 1 Utility Pocket

Quick answer: This is a BCD accessory from OMS.

Why it's worth a look

Pockets, inflators, straps and extensions let you dial in a rig that works with your body instead of against it. Extensions and larger pockets can make a real difference for bigger divers.
