Neo Sport 5/3mm Bibbed Hood

Quick answer: This is a piece of exposure protection from Neosport.

Why it's worth a look

Exposure gear only works if it fits. Many brands run small and stop at XL or XXL, so check the full size range and compare your measurements, not your usual size.
